1. Returns Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse shipping charges.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
